Your learning path
Five things to do at every HSK level — collect words, read something real, learn one sentence pattern, practise and dictate, then say it out loud. Your own progress is filled in from this browser (study list, practice history, shadowing scores and the pages you have marked read). No account, nothing uploaded.
How to use the path
Work top to bottom in one level before moving on. Words first (HSK 1, 2, 3 …), because everything else is written from those words. Then read: the graded passages only use vocabulary from the level you are on, so they are the cheapest place to meet the same words again in context.
Sentence patterns come third — a dozen of them (虽然……但是……, 把, 比) cover a surprising share of everyday sentences. Practise and dictate next, because recognising a word and producing it are different skills, and finish by saying something out loud: the tone trainer, minimal pairs and shadowing all compare your recording against our own recordings.
Progress on this page comes from this browser only: the study list, practice history, shadowing scores and the pages you marked as read. Clearing site data resets it — there is no account (yet).
