The service

The site provides Chinese-learning tools, reference content, practice material and optional Pro features. Free features may be used without an account; an account is required for sync and subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email address you use to sign in and for activity under your account. Do not share one-time sign-in codes.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual recurring subscription. The price and billing period are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal.

Payments and tax collection are handled by Creem as merchant of record. The Creem checkout and customer portal show the payment and renewal details that apply to your purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; the subscription will not renew after that. See the refund page for billing questions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape at a rate that degrades the site, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Content and availability

We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but the service is provided as-is. Dictionary data and audio may contain errors or gaps; corrections are welcome. We may change or discontinue features, and will not remove access you have already paid for before the end of that paid period.
