Cancellation & refunds

Pro subscriptions are recurring. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Cancel a subscription

Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage billing. The Creem customer portal is where you cancel, update the payment method, and view invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete your study data.

Refund requests

For a billing error, duplicate charge or an unauthorized charge, contact us with the email used for the subscription and the Creem order or invoice ID. Creem, as merchant of record, processes eligible refunds back to the original payment method.

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Response and processing times depend on Creem and the payment method.
